About us

A craft that's passed down, not bought

We're a family business making parts for restoring historic vehicles since 1992.

The same way since 1992

Motoreno was founded by Pavel Babušík in Šlapanice near Brno. Over three decades we've grown into a workshop that can serve collectors and restorers of dozens of motorcycle brands — from the most common Czech classics (Jawa, ČZ, Manet, Stadion) to rare foreign models from the 1920s and '30s (Ariel, BSA, Norton, Terrot, DKW, Puch).

To make fenders and sheet-metal parts we use authentic manufacturing methods identical to the original — the goal isn't just a part that "fits", but one that looks and behaves like a genuine period original. Fenders are supplied without stays as standard; stays and fitting are available on request.

Alongside parts manufacturing, on the same site we also run a standalone tyre service, ALU wheel repairs and a welding shop (TIG/MIG, aluminium, magnesium, titanium, cast iron) — for cars, motorcycles and classics.

Since 1992 we've done one thing properly — replicas that are indistinguishable from the original.

We don't copy the shape with a CNC scan — we manufacture using methods identical to the original.
